1. No Hidden Fees: What we charge is spelled out in black and white on your contract. You do not leave a consult without knowing the cost of your purchase. Estimates given via email and phone are provided to the best of our ability based on the information we receive from you; they are not guarantees of your final price.
2. Our reputation: If you would like referrals, please ask. Karen's Just Dessert has many customers who would be gracious enough to share their comments.
3. Guarantees: Our contract states what you will be getting for your money. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Karen's Just Dessert will work with you to rectify the situation in a timely manner. It is our experience that an in-person consultation is essential prior to a large event.
4. Flexible Schedule: Special events occur seven days a week. Most of us have crazy work and family schedules. Karen's Just Dessert strives to arrange consultations for your convenience; we do not charge extra for events occurring on holidays, Sundays, or any day, for that matter.
5. Multiple Payment Options: We welcome checks, money orders, and cash, of course. Karen's Just Dessert can accept online and in-person payments through Paypal (credit cards or electronic checks) as well now.
6. Our consultations are complimentary for large events. We provide tasting samples for up to 4 people,our portfolio, our ideas, our time, and our expertise. Please bring your vision and ideas as well; pictures, lists, friends, and family members are always welcome.
